  Fitness & Nutrition Blog 03/10
Wow, I just came back from my four week trip playing my first few events of the year. I went to Thailand, Singapore, Brisbane and Melbourne (Australia). Now I’m in Palm Springs on my week off. I didn’t do as well as I thought I would coming out of the gates, but I’m actually happy with my game, I got my feet wet and I shook some of that off-season dust off.

  Fitness & Nutrition Blog 02/10

I came up with the idea to start writing a fitness and nutrition blog every month. There is so much to being a professional athlete and I think sharing some of the insight that I gained by working with some of the best trainers and coaches in the world might be interesting and even prove to be helpful for you.

Those are the highlights that stick out in my mind when I look back at 2009.

So where would I start the summary of such an eventful year?? From terribly windy conditions and missed cuts in Hawaii, Phoenix and at the Kraft Nabisco, shooting four rounds in the sixties to finish in 5th place at the Corning Classic, visits with Dr. Bob Rotella, playing in the final group with Lorena, shooting 64’s, meeting Gary Player in South Africa, to putting my clubs to rest before the holidays. Those are the highlights that stick out in my mind when I look back at 2009.

I didn't win the tournament, but what I learned was a win for me.
Hi everyone!
I am just coming off a nice stretch of tournaments with three weeks off now, before I head to Asia. The last few tournaments were great for me, it was so much fun! I played in the final group with Lorena Ochoa in Alabama. I didn't win the tournament, but what I learned was a win for me. First of all, I know for a fact now that I'm having a blast playing in the final group of a tournament. It's a thrill to compete, to entertain and feeling the adrenaline in my veins.

A lot happened since last year!!!
Hello everyone!
First and foremost I need to apologize for not writing for such a long time. Blogs were part of the rookie year on the LPGA Web site, if you chose to write them. I actually enjoyed writing them a lot and so I decided to continue writing them on my own Web site.

Hi everyone!
It has been a great season that has gone by in a heartbeat! I really can't believe it. It feels like I just teed off in Hawaii at the SBS Open in Turtle Bay two weeks ago. But here I am, having already played 22 tournaments. I have learned so many new things during my first year on tour: about the game, about my game, about other people, and about myself as a person.

Hi everyone!
So now it's about the middle of the season and time to sum up a few things for this year so far. I played in 12 events and made the cut in 10 of them. My best finish was a tie for 14th.
On the one hand, I am very happy with my progress, but there are also a few things that now need some improvement: my course management and my scoring.

Alright, now it's time for a break. A short one, but good one. I have been playing for six weeks in a row, which was a lot of fun and experience. Now I am actually sitting in an airplane on the way to my American home in Orlando.
The past few weeks were tremendous, and besides some good finishes, I really value what I've learned out there.
