Dear Sandra,
Last year I had the amazing opportunity to walk with you during your Thursday round at The Kingsmill Championship. The experience was absolutely life changing. I learned so many things and left with a new appreciation for the game of golf. I was so impressed with the way you handled yourself on the course and I have tried to instill those values in my game. Throughout the past year I have been following your play on the tour and have enjoyed getting to watch you play on TV. I can’t wait until the tour comes back to Williamsburg for The Kingsmill Championship next weekend and I get to see you play in person. Last year was a life changing experience and I want to thank you for that. I had the opportunity to join my high school golf team this past season and had an interesting experience being only one of three girls on the team. Whenever I questioned wether or not golf was what I really wanted to do, I remembered the incredible time I had with you. I set background on my phone as a picture of you and me after your round last year and it is a constant reminder of what I’m working towards. You are truly my biggest inspiration. I want to wish you the best of luck at Kingsmill and a Happy Birthday. I hope you have an amazing time in Williamsburg and I’m looking forward to seeing you.
